1) In order to provide you with outstanding service there is information I need in order to do my job. This usually includes names, address, phone, email, employment, income, debts, and anything else related to our real estate relationship. This information is collected with the intention of remaining private, and a full disclosure is signed when we begin our relationship. Unless subpoenaed by law enforcement your information will be stored in a secure location.
2) What I collect and store is your personal information only relating to our real estate transaction. This information is kept in a database, locked file cabinet, locked office, or locked building, and does not get sold, transferred, or moved to any other party. I make sure our relationship has the highest form of privacy. Unless it is written in a disclosure by you, power of attorney, or subpoenaed by law enforcement, I make sure your information remains secure.
3) I will contact you via mail, phone, or email, and you are free to request no further contact. When a "House Value Analysis" is requested it will be transferred to you using mail or email, and the information is only deemed valid at that time. There is a timeline associated with all real estate transactions, and the information basis itself off the current market situation which can change daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. Keep in mind changing interest rates can affect your purchase capability, and is controlled by your lender and/or the US government.
